Right of withdrawal

According to the Right of Cancellation Act, the customer has a 14-day right of return. This means that you can request a return for 14 days from the time you received the item, cf. our conditions of sale point 8.
To be eligible for return, the item must be in salable condition, i.e. the item must be returned in its original packaging and the product cannot have aesthetic or functional damage. If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must send an email to customer service before returning the item. Return costs are covered by the buyer.
 

Damage or fault

Check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can find the best solution for you as quickly as possible. The buyer gets the return cost covered.
 

Return of product

In case of right of withdrawal, damage or fault, the buyer returns the product to us. We will send you a shipping code that you write on the package or an address label, for info: posten.no/sendekode
 

Refund

When we have received the product, you will receive feedback on the right of withdrawal, damage or fault. We will let you know if the refund is approved or not. If it is approved, you will be automatically refunded with the original payment method. You will be refunded the sales price minus the cost of the return shipping if you exercise the right of withdrawal. In the event of damage or failure, you will be covered for the entire sales price. Remember that it may take some time for the bank or credit card company to process and transfer the refund.
